When first run the software will display a message which allows the user to test the access to the internet. This should be performed, and if a personal firewall is active then the user should grant access to the internet else the software will not be able to access our database server. |

This is caused by Microsoft Firewall or group policies on your network not allowing the setting to be saved to the registry. Please ask your network administrator to allow programs to run and access the registry. |
I have Full and Thoroughfare Licenses, but I want some users to use the Thoroughfare |

Normally the Desktop version will use a Full license if available, then select any available Thoroughfare Licenses. Simply select "Options >> Force Thoroughfare License" on Desktop software menu to force user to use Thoroughfare License. |
